Health. Risk. Intelligence.
Reveali was founded to transform fragmented health signals into intelligence that helps organizations see risk earlier, make better decisions, and improve the connection between health outcomes and financial performance.
“The data already exists. The problem is that no one has connected it — until now.”
We built Reveali because the healthcare system is drowning in data but starving for insight. Our platform unifies clinical, behavioral, social, and financial signals into a single intelligence layer — giving payers, providers, and employers the foresight to act before costs spiral.
Our Mission
To unify fragmented health data into actionable intelligence that enables earlier intervention, smarter decisions, improved outcomes and financial returns across the health ecosystem.
Our Vision
A healthcare system where no high-risk patient goes undetected — where every organization has the intelligence to intervene before a crisis becomes a catastrophe.
We envision a future where health risk is predictable, preventable, and manageable — and where the financial and clinical sides of healthcare finally speak the same language.
Why Reveali
We didn’t build another analytics dashboard. We built the intelligence infrastructure that the healthcare industry has been missing.
First to Market
Reveali is the first platform to unify non-medical social determinants with clinical data at the individual patient level — patent pending.
Real-Time Signal Processing
Our platform processes 14+ data streams in real time, surfacing risk signals weeks or months before traditional models detect them.
Built for the Enterprise
Designed from the ground up for payers, providers, employers, and government agencies — with the security, compliance, and scalability they require.
Proven ROI
Early deployments demonstrate up to 40% reduction in avoidable ED visits and $94K+ in prevented costs per high-risk patient annually.
